Welcome to the Raia Tech family! By accessing our Learning Management System (LMS) at raia.edunext.io and enrolling in our courses, you agree to these ground rules. We’ve kept them simple, friendly, and fair to ensure a respectful, effective, and sustainable learning environment for everyone. Think of this as our "gentleman’s agreement" to help you succeed.

1. Who We Are & General Provisions

Raia Tech & Training Institute (RTTI) is a Kenyan-born education startup on a mission to skill and re-skill young professionals with practical, market-ready skills in technology, business, marketing, and IT governance.

• Acceptance: By staying here and learning with us, you’re saying "Yes" to these terms.
• Account Security: Your login is your digital key. Sharing access with non-students is prohibited and may lead to account termination.
• Eligibility: While we focus on the Kenyan youth and the "Hustler" economy, our doors are open to learners globally.

2. Our Mission & Content Promise

We believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is often locked behind expensive doors. Raia Tech is here to open those doors using three pillars: Affordability, Guidance, and Opportunity-linked learning.

• Practical First: Our content is designed to move you from theory to earning real money.
• TVET Alignment: Our tracks are built to align with professional development and TVET pathways.
• The Scaffolding Model: You aren't alone. We use a peer-mentorship model to guide the new squad.

3. Payments, Fees, and Access

3.1. Course Pricing

At Raia Tech, we believe in fair value for both the learner and the tutor. Prices vary from course to course and are determined jointly by the Tutor and the Raia Tech Training Team. Watch out for our "Hustler Promos" and flash discounts!

Payment Method: All payments are currently manual via MPESA Till Number 358789 – INTERNET HOTSPOT.

Refunds: Because our skills are digital and instant, fees are non-refundable once enrollment is granted.

3.2. Manual Enrollment & Validity

After paying, send your confirmation to Ian Mbogo (+254724546420). Access is typically valid for 30 days—we want to see you finish and succeed!

4. The Raia Code of Conduct

Treat everyone like a CEO. Harassment or hate speech is a "Red Card" offense. We also value academic integrity—don't copy-paste; build your own skills so you can deliver for real clients.
